Unauthorised debit order and a bad custormer service

The company called Shachah Shm has tried to deduct money from my standard bank account which had nothing and standard bank charged me R115 and when i called them,I requested the bank the details of the company they they said they will charge me R30 to find out who is behind the unauthorized debit order. I called standard bank complaints department and spoke to Kabelo Molefe who was just rude and who couldn't help me saying that i am the first person to complain about shachah unauthorized debit order and that he has never heard of them and i asked him what to do, he just kept quiet and said nothing. i was just talking to myself the whole time. i have been banking with standard bank my whole life and i have never experienced such treatment.
