Unauthorised debit order

<p>Unauthorised debit - Hi Std bank, i have this SABI and or Limage who keeps debiting my count R99.99. When i ask your call centres how this came about they cant give me answers. now i need answers and i keep being sent from pillar to post, no one wants to take ownership. iv been holding for over an hour and finally hung up. My worry is that no one can even block these unauthorised debits and assure me this doesnt happen again. no one can tell me what process is followed when authorising debits orders. Another issue is that your bank can only reverse transactions less 30 days. anything over 30 days i need to go to a branch and apparently there's a charge to it. boy oh boy!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
