Unauthorised Debit Order

I am not a Standard Bank customer, however I am being debited for an amount each month that is credit to Standard bank. My bank has provided me the reference so that Standard Bank can trace and verify the authenticity of the debit. Standard Bank refuses to provide any details or assist in tracing this debit.<br> They are not prepared to investigate, check or assist in any form or manner
