unauthorised debit on my account
I'm a Standard bank client for longer then 10years, I have a RCP loan which i pay via debit order never has a debit order returned unpaid, today the 17th January 2023 Standard bank went into my account unauthorised and debitted my account, if my RCP was in areas it would have been ideal however it is not in areas, i will be taking the matter to the Ombudsman as this is ******* to debit clients accounts without there consent , you guys just thoughts its fine to do a neado's /set off on my account which is not in arears

We appreciate you contacting us and would be happy to respond to your inquiry.
The RCP loan is a revolving loan in which the borrower gets access to the money they have repaid. Due to this, the RCP loan may only be closed at the customer's request. If the client does not cancel the loan when it is paid in full, they will always be able to access the money without applying as they will be available right away.
Please be aware that there will be a monthly service charge for the facility for the loan.
