Unauthorised debit from Gold cheque to credit

On 29/12/2015 Standard bank did a debit order from my gold cheque account to my credit account while there was an arrangement made to pay my minimum amount until the account was settled. On Tuesday they took all of the funds. I phoned Standard bank right away and they said that it would be resolved with in 3 days and i will receive a refund. On Monday 04/01/2016 9
