I received an sms at 16.02pm, 7 December, informing me that on the 9th December they will debit my account with my loan account installment for December. My agreed date for debit is the last day of the month. I have not agreed to this or gave them authorisation to do otherwise. In any case, how can Standard Bank tell you only in 2 days notice that they will take payment earlier. They took a payment 6 days ago. I also told SBSA last year I dont give consent for this at all. Why are you taking earlier payment and why dont you keep with our agreement? Pathetic to say the least. Is this allowed in the credit act?

Good day Lizette
