Unauthorised debit again

In 2010 I requested a settlement for an account which I had with Standard Bank which I honoured and paid in full. To my surprise today - 4 years later one of my accounts just gets debited with R3,435.00 without my consent, only to find out that this was the balance of the settlement which was deducted. Firstly Standard Bank did not honour their arrangement with the settlement amount. Secondly what gives Standard bank the right to just deduct a newly opened account at any given time without a customers consent?

I lodged a complaint and after this debit reference number ***0 and I received a refund on 09 July 2014 and this was confirmed in writing via email by Standard Bank.

I was shocked to find out today on 06 July 2015 that Standard Bank debited my savings account again for this same matter with an amount of R3935.22. This was resolved and I was refunded again shortly after.

Today on 2 April 2016 my account 1861 782 12 was again debited with R3939.22.

I would like a refund immediately and this matter closed once and for all. Failure to remedy this will leave me no choice to resort to the ombudsman.
