Unauthorised debit

Today Standard Bank debited my account for the amount of R435.29, for a loan I had with them in 2004, no one called me to make arrangements for payment they handed me to attorneys, today all of a sudden they debit my account with out my consent when I called them a guy by the name of Thulani said the bank decided to debit because I was not paying, I asked him everytime when they see money in my account they will just take it with out my consent I am soo ****ed off with Standard Bank I am taking my account to Capitec nxa.
