unauthorised debit

on the 12 June 2015 my soleprop account was debited without authorisation or consent of R12000.i have spoken to various departments of Standard bank with no positive results.On the 30th June 2015 I have spoken to Eunice at approximately 10 am and was advised that standard bank was well within their rites to debit inter accounts without clients consent.
