UNAUTHORISED DAILY DEBIT ORDERS..STD BANK IS USELESS

I am so disgusted by STD Bank . There are over 7 unauthorised debit orders going off my account . My account is already on a minus as a result and for each reversed debit I get charged a reversal fee and my BRI score is negatively affected . I have called the call centre for the past 3 months trying to stop these ***** and the consultant proudly informed me that there is nothing they can do ,that I have to call in each time to reverse them . I must spend my hard earned money on airtime holding on to speak to a consultant and be asked security questions for debit orders in order to access my account , which I find is brilliant ,But why is the same precautions not taken regarding debit orders that I did not authorise . And the worst part is that there is a fee for stopping a debit order and they cannot even guarantee that there will not be anymore debit orders . STD Bank are ****** and only care about making money and I will not accept it anymore . No security checks are done with these companies( ie MZANSI FOR YOU , VAR VH ,KAGAINVEST,ONECALL) who have no shame in submitting different debit orders of R 99.00 daily . I have been a loyal client for over 15 years and im very disappointed and am strongly considering moving all my accounts ,including my Homeloan to another bank ..As we speak my account is R1000 on a minus all due to reversal fees . I REFUSE TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR STD BANK LACK OF SECURITY FOR THEIR CLIENTS .. SOMEBODY RESOLVE THIS BEFORE I LOSE MY MIND …
