unauthorised Credit inquiry

Dear Standard Bank, do I really have to suffer every second month making unauthorized inquiries on my credit profile? This has affected my credit profile very negatively. This is not the first time I am reporting this. I think its best I just move all my accounts and bond from std bank. Perhaps that is the only solution
