Unauthorised Credit card transaction

On the 28th February a transaction was made on my credit card. The items were returned to vendor Mannotech & a refund was passed &all issues were sorted out. <br> <br> On the 24th April 2014- the ammount was reflected again as \Rechargeback Rep"for the same amount R4868.20.
