Unauthorised charges on credit card

I opened a credit card with standard bank I'm 2021, I never took delivery of the actual card as it was discarded before I could fetch it. Now I find out that standard bank has been charging me a monthly R68 for a "card fee" , how can you charge me for a card I don't have? I want standard bank to reimburse me for all these amounts they have been charging me as they charge me a separate account fee, which should be sufficient.
