UNAUTHORISED CHARGES ON ACCOUNT

I have had 2 bad experiences with Standard Bank over the past 3 months and have had no joy in getting it resolved. In October my credit card payment did not go out, and i had contacted the credit Card division at Standard Bank to get this debit order / payment made. I was told that the debit order would be done either that same day, or within the next 2 days - which was fine by me. The next day, i noticed that the debit order had gone out the night before, however, i was also charged for a *Branch Fee*. I immediately contacted Jacob - whom i had been consulted by the previous day, and was told that no such charges should have been made, and that i would have to go to the branch to had it reversed. As told, i went into the bank that weekend, and was told by the branch manager, that they could not reverse the charge, as the Credit Card division send a *Branch instruction* to debit my account, and that the Credit card Division should have notified me of such charges as they were fully aware of it. This happened in October last year, and 3 months later i still await the charge to be reversed, despite my numerous calls to both parties who just blame each other. Then, in December 2017, i received a call from the Credit Card division, which had no relation to the query just mentioned. The Consultant Alysia Zibantu called about my next debit order payment. I told her that being December, we get paid early, and she could make a note on their system for the debit order to go out on the 15th, instead of the usual 28th. She assured me that the debit order for December would only go out once, and would go back to its usual date in January for the 28th. I was however, debited both on the 15th Dec and thereafter the 28th. i had contacted the Credit Card Division again 3 times trying to get the second debit reversed, but to no avail. I had to subsequently transfer the funds from my credit card, back into my cheque account so that i would have sufficient funds for the rest of my debits to go out that noght. I contacted the bank again the next day and asked for them to make a note of this as i was not prepared to pay any fees for this inter-account transaction that had to be done due to not getting any assistance from the call centre. I have now just got off the phone with Tsepho Ratshapo - who could not assist nor could he even explain the breakdown of the cash finance charge that was added onto my statement. I explained that the normal finance charge is interest on our credit card (which we are fully aware of) - but the cash finance charge is for moving actual monies out of your credit card... he could not help me, he didn't even want to take down my details to get a manager to assist... i have received no joy in getting either of these fees reversed or explained, and it is evident that Standard Bank has no value for their customers that continually get charged for consultants misinforming them.
