UNAUTHORISED CANCELLATION OF DEBIT ORDER - STANDARD BANK STUDENT LOANS USELESS DEPARTMENT

standard bank is the most useless bank ever. I have had problems from the start with the application of a Student loan for my daughter. from the inset they have failed to load the debit order - THIS IS TWO YEARS AGO ALREADY. I still struggle with the debit order facility. December i paid a double payment and confirmed my debit order. January i was informed that SOMEONE cancelled my debit order. PLEASE TELL ME WHO BECAUSE I SURELY DID NOT CANCEL THE DEBIT ORDER.

I re-instated the debit order and since 7 April 2021 STD BAnk have been HARRASSING my daughter about NON-PAYMENT. again the Debit order was cancelled. she requested Std bank to call me (her mother - surety) and STILL NO CALL FROM THEM - A WEEK LATER.

BUT WAIT - THEY HANDED US OVER FOR R479.00. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I AM NOW GOING TO THE OMBUDSMAN TO FILE A COMPLAINT OF ***** ON MY ACCOUNT AS SOMEONE DEEMS IT FIT TO CANCEL MY DEBIT ORDERS WITHOUT AUTHORITY.

AND FOR UNREASONABLY HANDING ME OVER FOR NON-PAYMENT DUE TO STANDARD BANK'S NEGLIGENCE
