UNAUTHORISED BILLING ON MY CREDIT CARD

Good Day,<br> On the 27 August 2015 Villa Simona put a transaction of R7200 through on my credit card with out my authorisation, I caled the bank to reverse it as I did not have enough funds in my account and they allowed the Mechant to bank the transaction, I am now faced with a debit order of the full amount and Villa Simona refuses to reverse the transaction. I have informed all Parties on the date that the transaction cannot be done due to the funds not being sufficient in my account. Standbank will allow anyone to do anything on a custoemrs account.
