Unauthorise change of details

<p>Standard Bank thought it would be ok to change my address without my permission(to a place I've never lived btw) posting my statements to some other address, in their minds it's ok for random people to have my account details as well as to know what my account balance is. I called into the contact center September and after a long fight with them and I even spoke to a manager(I'm still waiting for a callback from Pheobe the TL since that time) I called a second time and spoke to another agent who assured me my address was changed back to what it was suppose to be and surprise surprise it wasn't done, statement posted to a random address again this month. I called again yesterday and was promised a callback yesterday and still nothing. </p> <p>So again Std Bank is ok with my statements and banking details floating around, they're also encouraging *****. Well done!!!!!!!!</p>
