Unathorized R2783.78 deduction (missed operation)

It is regrettable that a reputable organization such as Standard Bank would debit my account for a sum of R2783.78 without my consent, knowledge or authorization. I was under the impression that depositing money in a bank is safe, and performed a cash deposit to avoid myself a financial loss. I was suppose to make a cash payment to a hospital and decided depositing the money cash in my Access account was safer, and to pay via card. I encountered significant fees on this transaction. However the bank I have been banking with for some years debit my account without my consent. I urgently needed the money for a hospitalization payment, I now will incur a significant loss both financially and medically. The operation will be missed, and I will be under huge pressure, neither was I contacted nor was I informed, yet I am inundated with marketing messages of how awesome your service is. The sad part that the beneficiary is Standard Bank.
