Unathorised Debit Order
Please advise on the following according to my knowledge of Ombudsmans of banking services, If a debit order is unpaid on two consecutive occasions for lack of funds, the user must remove it from the system. But When I reach out to yall to have this stopped you guys tell me this cannot be undone

26 Sept 2024, 12:41According to PASA( payments association of south africa) Rules, if an EFT debit order is unpaid on two consecutive occasions for lack of funds, the 'user' must remove it from tje system. So Standard bank as my bank , why is it still allowing this Creditor to attempt to debit my account even after two unsuccessful debits due to lack of funds
