Unapproved credit life insurance

I have recently taken a bond with the bank, and one of the requirements was to commit with security for that, which through a cession, that was accepted by both legal representatives, but all of a sudden their insurance brokers have included some credit life insurance, which I don't even know how much it is covering, with an almost R1500 more than the initial agreed repayment, been trying for a while now to get it removed, but they are refusing, it is so frustrating, I am just not impressed with their unwillingness to get this resolved, it feels like I am being bul****.....
