Unacceptable Work from finance / legal department.

I am deeply disappointed, I have settled my credit card and Revolving credit loan as per the settlement agreement, I am unemployed and due to them listing me on ITC I have lost 2 opportunities, and this due to them not reversing the settlement balance they are supposed to reverse and take me off ITC,

So please tell me standard bank do you have a job for me to feed my child,
