Unacceptable Service and long queues

For the second time I went to collect My new cheque card at the STD Bank Northgate branch . I had to cancel my card as it was used for ***** . The only bank that has a long queue .. people have been standing outside in the sun for hours , only to get upstairs to stand in another queue!!!. The Standard Bank Consultant that was talking to people in the queue told me I should be at home and not at the bank , she was very rude . Totally unacceptable as the other banks didn’t have a queue and seemed to be moving !! I had to leave again without my card as I can’t stand in a queue for that long as my children were at home alone !! Unacceptable service !!

You need to make a plan for your customers especially if they are just collecting a card ! I eventually called Customer Service only to find out they can deliver my card to my house .. that option was never suggested??
