Unacceptable for private bank

I have been waiting 2 weeks for a building draw to be paid out. For some reason, my people in CPT are dealing with home loans in KZN? The property was valued and reported on, on the 11th Feb - today is the 20th and still no word? How embarrassing. I am sure Investec or RMB don't lack professionalism? <br> My builders, who are good people are waiting to be paid? What do I tell them? Steven Barker, head of home loans please get this sorted out.
