Unacceptable customer service for closure of accounts
I have been trying to close my credit card account for the past week without success. I am on hold for over an hour each day and when I visited the Standard Bank branch on a weekend I was told that I can only do it online and they do it from Monday to Friday. It is ridiculous that when you open the open account it takes 30mins but when closing it, it takes more than a week.
