Unacceptable behavior and no accountability

When is standard bank going to catch a wake up and realize that their courier company ccd is not doing them any favors but putting their company in the bushes. They are dishonest disgusting n a total let down. Is this a buddy buddy contract. Yoh I upgraded to the prestige acc around the 29/03/2024 it's been over 2 weeks with jisy stories n excuses of why they couldn't deliver. Which are complete lies. I waited for my allocated time phne in hand even called the 30mins into my allocated time and then say that I missed my delivery time when they made no effort what so ever read their reviews based on their standard bank deliveries n make a choice to be better or you will lose alot of customers based on a 3rd party
