Unacceptable

I resigned in February, I waited 7 months for my pension payout after a long struggle. Finally it got paid into my standard bank account but now I do not have access to it. I asked for special clearance but nothing is available till date. I have bills to pay and we need to eat. 7 months with no source of income is no joke. I want my money released or I will be forced to use another bank that can be more of assistance.
