Unacceptable
I went into the bank at Standard bank in Heidelberg on Friday the 11th of September to apply for vehicle and asset finance, they submitted a request for someone to call me and said that someone will call me on that day but until today I have not received any call yet and this is not the first time that I have received poor service from standard bank, I am considering to move to FNB!
