UNACCEPTABLE

On the 6th of February i went to the Standard Bank Branch in Three Rivers to FICA my account yet again. Today i wake up and i receive an SMS that my account has been frozen yet again as it is not FICA compliant. Can someone tell me what happened. I am seriously getting tired of this Bank
