Unable to update a will

I contacted Gloria dube early in the year to update my will.till to this day I have not been assisted.how difficult it is to update a will that its now half of the year.i m really disappointed at the service I m getting. We leaving in difficult times these days but that it doesn't matter to standard bank employees
