Unable to stop card
<p>I phoned the call center and asked that the agent stop my garage card. I was informed that I should destroy the card and that if any further transactions come off the card that I would be liable for them. I insisted that they should STOP the card and not accept any further transactions on the card and was told that they're not able to prevent transactions on the card.</p>
If you're not able to stop a card then perhaps I should close my account and move to another bank to avoid the liability of the garage card. Is that the only way? If so I'd be happy to move.
