Unable to settle a Revolving Credit Loan

I have a revolving credit loan facility with Standard Bank, which I want to close as I no longer need the funds.<br> <br> For the past month, I've been battling with the call centre and several branches to obtain a settlement letter, in order to close this facility and still no one is able to assist me.<br> <br> I struggle to understand how Standard Bank can charge monthly service fees, yet fail to provide a such a simple service. What is it exactly that they are charging for? <br> <br> <br>
