Unable to send an email not showing undelivered

Hi<br> <br> I paid my garage card off a couple of months ago but for some reason the payment has not reflected. I have proof of the payment being made and to date, despite the number of inquiries I have sent, to date, I have not yet had resolve.<br> <br> I have sent my inquiries to email addresses supp**** to me, been told I need to send them elsewhere, received email receipts, sent to recipients who have advised i need to use certain emails and it literally had played out by going back and forth.<br> <br> I have now had enough!! I would like this resolved please, Where ever I need to send this proof of payment, I do not care where but I need this resolved cause as I said, up until now I have been bounced from one department to the next, from one email to the next and still with no resolve.<br> <br> I would appreciate swift action on this please.
