unable to refund an interaccount transfer

I took out a loan of 6000 with standard bank, for personal reasons, on that 6000 ,I withdrew 3500 then 1700 which amounts to 5200 ,before I can withdraw the remaining 800 standard bank took 741 which the refer to as an Initiation fee, I called in an that amount was transferred back to my account,my debit order for this loan is 230 per month, on the 22.10.2015 I was doing an intertransfer from my Current account and was suppose to transfer to pure save of 787 but accidently transferred to Revolving credit, account now I have requested standard bank to transfer back this amount to pure save but they telling me I have over drawn on the loan account with 566.11 which is impossible because I have spent exactly 6000 on this loan, I need my 787.00 transferred in my account ASAP<br> <br> ***
