Unable to make payment

I have been trying to make payment on my Credit card but it was blocked due to Standard bank requesting Fica documents for the 3rd time. I then took leave to go into the bank and give then the documents that they require and pay them, only to be told that I have to wait 24 hours. Then I go back to Standard bank on Saturday and all of their systems were down. Went back n the Sunday to do a deposit but then I get an error saying not linked. I have been trying to make payment since then and tried calling Standard bank and finally got a hold of someone who then transferred me to the Card department and was on hold for about 10minutes. So I dropped the call, only to look at my phone and see a message that I need to urgently make payment which highly frustrated me because that's what I have been trying to do. I refuse to have Standard bank debit my account after all of the problems my piers and Fiance has been having with their debit facility. PLEASE HELP!!! All I wanna do is pay the account...
