Unable to get settlement letter to settle vehicle for 2 weeks after sending 20 emails
Unable to get settlement letter to settle vehicle for 2 weeks after sending 20 emails. We have phned the contact center over 50 times. We have send emails and have escalated. Sent escalation email to ***, antoinette.naidoo2, sheldon.lewis. And the original email to quite a lot of people.
