Unable to get hold of STD Bank

I have tried on several occasions to get hold of Standard Bank. I wanted to make arrangements on my Homeloan account, but everytime I tried getting through, all the voice prompts would go through once I select the option it rings and then I get cut off. This has now happened 3 times. (I have proof of this as well). Whats the point of a contact centre if I cant even get through. Could someone from Homeloans assist me with making payment arrangements. Tired of being cut off, make that the 4th time.
