UNABLE TO GET AN ONLINE APPOINTMENT FOR BIOMETRICS ID

I have tried and tried to get an appointment online with Standard Bank Kingsmead for my online application for biometrics for the card Id to no avail. I have tried telephonically contacting them and it just never goes through. My money has been taken off my account but I cant seem to get an appointment. I am a prestige banker client with Standard bank for quite some time. Very disappointed.
