Unable to get a loan statement for years, tried all avenues to get it without luck!
This is my last hope to get feedback from standard bank. I had called endlessly without assistance, I had sent tons of emails with no response. Should one really had to go through this to get a mere loan statement? I have a feeling my loan term is over and they continue to deduct from my account

28 Aug 2024, 09:58So a guy called Gorden, called me saying he can't authenticate me and I must go to a branch 🤔 apparently their system can't authenticate me on the same cellphone number they called me on🤔How *********** can that be? - I have done my best and I am now blocking the debit order! Will lodge a formal complaint again. Got everything recorded. How difficult is it for a customer to get a statement, I have a feeling the loan is fully paid up but they are continuing to debit my account hence they are coming up with this lame excuses!
