Unable to get a Bond acc. tax certificate

After numerous phone calls to the Bond department call centre over the past two weeks, Standard bank still haven't forwarded me a tax certificate for 2014/15 tax year. I have been to the branches as well, only the Bond department can issue a certificate. My request has now been escalated approx four times by the call centre staff. Even a request via -mail appears to fall on deaf ears.
