Unable to contact branch to arrange an appointment
<p>For the past three days I have been trying to get hold of somebody at Barongwa branch in Rustenburg. As there is no direct number for the branch, I have to work through the call centre. Despite numerous requests and numerous phone calls, I have not yet been contacted by anybody in this regard.</p> <p>How am I suppose to sort out a problem if nobody responds to my requests??????</p>
