Unable to close account

<p>Consumer be cautious on what type of account you have with standard bank and what you take out with them. I recently change bank due to the service I was getting from standard bank and therefore went to close the account. However standard bank refuses to close it due to a loan that still outstanding. I don't need the account with standard bank anymore and wish to close it now due to me beening unable to close tolling I must pay two bank bank fees. Stand bank yet another money hungry bank.</p>
