Unable to cancel policy

<p>Last year Standard Bank contacted me, and I took out life insurance with them. Now I don't need it anymore.</p> <p>In January I phoned to cancel, they said they would send me the correct forms. A month later and no forms. I again contacted them, this time using their email address. I got confirmation that the mail was received, but nothing further. <br />And they are continuing to deduct R1300 from my account every month! </p> <p>It seems impossible to cancel this!</p>
