Unable to Amend EAP
Hi I visited a branch on Saturday & changed my limit on my account. I tried to make a payment today & on the app I get a message stating I need to contact the branch to amend limit I logged onto online banking & I am also unable to amend limit Please assist as a matter of urgency as I need to make a transfer & am unable to go back into a branch.
