Unable to Access my Own Funds

It has now been two weeks and I still cannot access the money in my AccessSave account as my accounts are not listed under the “Manage Accounts” menu on Online Standard Bank. Previously this would list my accounts where I could “Give Notice” to withdraw funds. I have emailed the Internet Banking Support Line. I have sent messages using the Internet Banking Secure Message Service and sent emails to Standard Bank Information email address. I have spoke on the phone to more than one person and have a case reference number. My emails are being completely ignored and there is no progress been made whatsoever to rectify the problem. They asked me to send them screenshots approximately two weeks ago and then don’t reply at all. I have also directed this situation to the complaints department. I am no longer sure who to speak to regarding this. I have come to expect that banks generally have poor customer service but when dealing with a case where the customer is unable to access his own funds, I would expect this to be treated as an urgent matter. When dealing with peoples money they are taking their customers livelihood into there hands. Its shocking that they ignore correspondence and make their customers jump through hoops to have access to what is rightfully theirs. The person I dealt with from "Self Service Support" is Leonie and the Case Reference number for this problem is ***.

Reviewer Update
I have been contacted by Standard Bank but the issue still remains unresolved. I have had to use the Secure Message System to give notice to withdraw funds from my AccessSave Account. To make matters worse the support consultant called me Ann (then my surname). My name is Nicolas, have no idea how someone would get that wrong having all my details on the system in front of them. Its been 3 weeks now and I still cannot manage my accounts Online. I withdraw money from this account on a frequent basis and a Secure Message, although a work around, is not convenient at all as Standard Bank try to contact me on number that does not allow you to return the call, on my cell phone during work hours to confirm my secure message. I battle to answer the phone at work, and if I miss the call, I will only know if that secure message worked after the 7 days notice time. If not, back to square one. All very well Standard Bank getting back to me but this actually needs to be a priority and not sure what is taking so long for Standard Bank to fix this. I need to access my own funds in my savings account, there is no two ways about it. ANN (AKA) Nick, signing out...
