Unable to access auto share invest account
Ai Standard Bank... I've been trying to access my auto share invest account for months now... And now I've been told that it can only be done through the old internet site. Problem is that whenever I try to access the old site I'm automatically directed to the new site!!! I do not appreciate the response from your securities department - advising me the query is resolved, when clearly it is not! Now I can't even access my own account and money! Shocking hey! I should probably lodge a complaint with at the ombudsmen too.
