*****ulent credit finance charge on the credit card, once again

Last month, I was incorrectly charged a cash finance fee on my credit card. I disputed it, and the charge was reversed, as there was no valid reason for it. However, this month, I’ve been *****ulently charged again—this time for an even higher amount. Once again, there is no justification for the charge, meaning every month I am forced to report *****ulent charges on my account. This bank is essentially *****ing from me. The balance after these *****ulent charges is what gets reported to the credit bureau, increasing my credit utilization even though I had no outstanding balance at the statement closing date. Not only are they taking money from me, but they are also hindering my efforts to build a solid credit history. I will be filing a formal complaint to investigate the *****ulent activities taking place in my account without my knowledge. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

Additionally, I’ve been hit with a *****ulent charge for credit card insurance. I didn’t have any outstanding balance between last month’s and this month’s statement date, yet I was charged over R300 for insurance.
