*****ulent credit Enquiry on my Credit Report

I went to open a bank card with Standard Bank canal walk yesterday. I informed the consultant that I don’t want any loan, I just want a bank card to be opened as I am trying to build my credit score so that next year I can qualify for a house. He said okay and that was it.Next thing I get an sms saying I have been pre-approved for a loan I didn’t apply for and they made a credit enquiry on my credit. This is affecting my credit score badly as I formed that stupid consultant that I don’t want any loan. I was with my boyfriend and he is as shocked as I am. We both told the guy that we are trying to build our scores. I want you guys to remove that credit enquire on my credit and I don’t think I want to bank with you anymore. What you did is *****ulent and it affects my score negatively which I have been building for a few months now. This is totally unacceptable. I want that to be removed from my credit report.
