*****ulent charges and *****ing from my account
This bank has repeatedly been taking money from my account without justification. For the past two months, I have been incorrectly charged a cash finance fee on my credit card. I shouldn’t have to keep raising the same issue over and over again. This situation is wasting my time and money with these unnecessary complaints. I demand a full report explaining these *****ulent charges, or I will escalate the matter to the Banking Ombudsman. If this continues, they can close my account, as it feels like they are *****ing from me.
