*****ulent Cash Finance Charge
I am being charged a "cash finance charge" on my credit card - this is over and above all the other charges.
I queried this and I was advised that @the cash finance charge it is interest charged for cash transactions such as Prepaid transactions , electronic payments and cash withdrawals." I have done none of these and yet I am charged a cash finance charge.
This is ridiculous and I need to be refunded or I will be taking this up with the relevant authorities.
