Ucounts robbing customer of Millions of rands

I am a standard bank ucounts member since it launched about 5 years ago. Over the past 5 years,i have transacted with the linked accounts at the specified merchants for rand values of at least R700 000 per annum.5 years later,i am told that I have accumulated points to the value of R5110. This is the biggest **** ever made and I such a fool thinking that I am getting rewards back. Not a cent back from any Caltex garages even though I spent over R100 000 in fuel with them. When I query all I get told is they will investigate and come back to me.This has been the same sad story for the past 5 years bear in mind that they take their fee every month without no problem. I changed phones in 2015 and have tried to update my password ever since but nobody can help.Ucount call centre sends me to bank and bank asked me to call the call centre. A total circus and I am the money in the middle being ****** like a fool every day. what upsets me more is the fact that I have a home loan,insurance,invetsments and everything needed to be on highest tier level but I remain stuck in level 3 for past 5 years..Ucounts is robbing us and we need to gather together and say enough is enough and no more abuse.Ucounts must fall if they don't respect customers...don't send me a standard letter stating you will investigate and revert,. Fix the ****** problem man!!!
